Terms of service

onour.day is a wedding invitation and guest coordination service operated by Plain Labs LLC. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to them.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information about couples and their guests. For support, billing, or legal questions, contact [email protected].

You can prepare your invitation, schedule, guest list, and RSVP questions for free. You must be at least 18 to create an organizer account or make a purchase, and keep access to your email account secure.

Guests reply through invitation links without creating accounts. Keep personal household links private: anyone with a link may be able to view that household's invitation and submit or change its response.

You are responsible for the wedding details you publish and the people you authorize to manage your wedding. We provide the online tools, not wedding planning, catering, or event delivery.

The price is EUR 79 per wedding, including applicable tax. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or per-guest charge. Each purchase applies to one wedding and gives its authorized organizers access to paid publication.

Dodo Payments is our authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases. It handles checkout, payment details, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, and payment refunds. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

This is a digital service; nothing is shipped. After Dodo confirms a successful payment, publication becomes available in your account. You still need to finish the required invitation details and choose to publish. Payment alone does not publish anything.

If a payment is still processing, your work stays saved. If you have been charged but cannot publish, contact [email protected] with your purchase reference so we can check it.

Invitations have no automatic expiry after the wedding. This is not a guarantee that the service will operate forever. Keep an export of information you need to retain independently.

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using onour.day at any time. Canceling your wedding, deleting an account, or deleting wedding data does not automatically request a refund.

For a refund, email [email protected] with the purchasing email address, payment reference, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers. We review duplicate charges, access problems, and other refund requests case by case; we do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period, remedies for faulty services, or rights under Dodo's buyer terms. Contact us or Dodo to exercise those rights. Using the service does not by itself waive them.

Approved refunds are returned through Dodo to the original payment method. The time until the funds appear depends on Dodo and your payment provider.

A completed full refund, or a payment dispute resolved against us, removes that purchase's publication access. Guest links close unless another valid purchase covers the wedding. Your organizers retain access to the wedding data and exports. Partial refunds do not remove publication access.

You keep ownership of your photos, invitation text, and other content. You give us permission to store, process, format, and display it as needed to run the service and provide it to the people you invite.

Only upload content you have permission to use. Tell guests how their information will be used, collect only what the wedding needs, and obtain any consent required to share information about other people, children, allergies, or other sensitive matters.

If automatic translation is available, review its wording before publishing. Translations can contain mistakes.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not access other weddings without permission, share household links publicly without authorization, or bypass payment and security controls.
• Do not interfere with the service or collect guest information for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis.

We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address abuse, unlawful content, fraud, or security threats. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us.

We work to keep onour.day available, but outages, maintenance, and errors can occur. Keep your own copies of important guest information and an alternative way to contact guests about urgent changes.

To the extent the law permits, the service is supplied as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for indirect losses or the actions of wedding suppliers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected wedding.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or applicable statutory consumer protections.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the service or by email. Changes do not remove rights you already have for an existing purchase.
